Radisson Blu Resort Jizan, Jizan

I had high hopes for my stay, especially since I chose one of the more expensive suites. The resort has excellent infrastructure and beautiful amenities, but the service and management really need improvement. While the rooms are comfortable, the overall experience was let down by long waits and a lack of attention to detail, particularly in dining and room service.
